This was a old corrugated metal roof on a restaurant that needed a lot of repairs. The solution was easy! A retro Fit TPO Roof System. This is a great way to fix your old corrugated metal roofing. As with most older metal buildings, the metal roof panels had expanded and contracted over time, causing the roof to leak. Our goal was to provide a water tight roofing system, and by installing a TPO roofing system, it increased the R-value of the roof by installing 2" insulated ISO board and 60 mil TPO roof that is mechanically fastened and heat welded. With the reflective value of the white TPO membrane, this building will be much cooler in our hot south Texas summers!
